                      RECLAMATION NOTICES

Upon learning of a bankruptcy filing, you can demand that your goods be returned to you or that they be treated as if they were post-petition deliveries IF:  the customer receives your Reclamation Notice (letter) within 10 days after the goods were delivered or, if the 10th day is after the bankruptcy petition is filed, then 20 days after the goods were delivered.
