Our MissionTo increase the collection of receivables and to decrease the cost of third party services to collect receivables. We try to collect accounts without litigation. Litigation is expensive and time-consuming. When litigation is necessary, we retain local trial counsel on either an hourly or contingency fee basis: whichever fee arrangement appears to be more cost effective for that account.
